The Project Manager has access to a section where he/she can create a new tender. He/she can invite the people that should tender by entering their email addresses. The invitees will receive an email and should request the tender document from the system which will give the Project Manager an idea of how many people will reply. Once the tender is closed, the Project Manager can post the results online and everybody will be notified of it.
Action Tickets/ To Do Lists

Managing multiple tasks can become laborious if you are not equipped with the appropriate tools. By using EPOA Projects are easily broken into tasks, which are assigned to participants as "Action tickets". Task priorities are used to identify which tasks should be prioritized.
Online Calendar

All members of the project will have access to the online calendar which gives them global overview of all the tasks assigned to them and other members of the project. Meetings and other Events can be scheduled and added on the calendar.
Document Catalogs

There is normally a lot of documentation involved when managing any size project. Instead of emailing files to multiple users, you can simply upload the files you need on your projects and tasks. A notification will be sent to a selected list of users and a database log is kept on which members actually requested the document from the system.This way all project members can request the shared documents at anytime from anywhere.
Photo Catalogs

You can upload photos regarding the project. These photos will be shared on the website and can be viewed by all project members
Advanced Search
Several filters allow you to perform a quick search and isolate certain tasks. You can also use the reports to perform a search in all task parameters such as dates or keywords.
Reports
Tracking information and tasks are among the important tools of the PM. Reports can be generated on the system and can be used as the itinerary of the meeting.
